What to expect?

No obligation, no pressure

I offer free intro and discovery calls to anyone interested in working with me. It’s an opportunity to get to know each other, for me to find out more about how I may be able to help, and to answer any questions you might have. Finding a good fit with someone who understands you, and who you like and trust is essential in getting the results or outcome you deserve.

Following on from this initial chat, if you’d like to go ahead and work together, then we can find a time that works for you and book in your first session.

A typical session

I run sessions in person, over the phone or via video calls. My preference is in-person. I have a calm, light-filled practice space in Parnell, or we can take the session outdoors. I find in-person sessions allow for a deeper connection and more effective results, but we can go with whatever format works for you.

Most sessions are usually an hour long, but can be tailored to meet the needs of the individual or the location or context of the session. For example, an outdoor nature-based session will often be longer, determined by the length of a walking trail. Sessions can be short-term, as often as needed or on a regular basis.

While there is no minimum number of sessions, experience has shown that one session often isn’t enough time to really get into the details or to make any meaningful or lasting change. For that reason, I usually recommend at least 4-6 sessions to see tangible results

Pricing

My rates and pricing plans are listed below in the packages section. I also offer payment plans, and keep a couple of weekly slots free for pro-bono or pay-what-you-can clients. I believe that anyone should be able to get the help they need, regardless of their financial situation or income. If you want to work with me but aren’t sure how you can afford it, please get in touch, there’s almost always a way to make it work.
